Age
Minimum age for GLO Mission Teams is normally 16.
Minimum age for overseas GLO Mission Teams is normally 18.

Insurance
Members of foreign teams must take out insurance cover. GLO can arrange this as follows:
up to 11 days:- £20
up to 18 days:- £25
up to 24 days:- £30
up to 31 days:- £35

These prices are for teams within Europe, please contact the office for information on teams in Africa.

Travel
To arrange and book your own travel you MUST have received your official confirmation letter from John Speirs and have checked your travel plans with Anna Pinney at the GLO Office first before booking anything.

For teams outwith the UK and for UK residents ONLY, GLO can arrange air travel, but PLEASE APPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. A deposit of £50 must be sent with your completed application form, the balance to be paid as soon as receiving the invoice from GLO Admin. Tickets will be issued on payment.

Dates
The dates given for each location are when you are expected to arrive and leave. Please do not arrange to arrive earlier nor leave later than the dates given.

Cost
The team cost (as indicated on the Team Programme) includes food, accommodation and transport during the team. This cost is to be paid to the Team Leader, in the local currency at the commencement of the team.

The cost of your travel and personal spending money is extra.

The only money that should be sent to GLO with your application form is the flight deposit (if we are booking your flights) or/and insurance cover payments.

Visas
Team members who require a visa to travel outwith their country of residence must be responsible for obtaining their own visa.
