Team: Potenza, Italy Date: 30th August - 13th September 2008 Team Leader: Joel Volle, Silvano Griesi Cost: £70 / 100 euro(to be paid in euro to the Team leader at the beginning of the team) Location: Palazzo San Gervasio is about an hour by car from the capitol of the province called Basilicata. It is situated in the middle of three large cities Foggia, Bari and Potenza. The town we will be working in is a small town that depends heavily on many agricultural farms. The Church we will be working with has been there for many years and has seen a very slight growth. Despite that, they press on with the spread of the gospel and are very ambitious to reach the lost in their area Programme: During the week we will be involved in different methods of evangelism including: * at the main square for open airs: song, drama’s, sketches and preaching. * A Children’s programme.Literature distribution at the local towns. * Each day there will also be a time of Team Bible study, prayer and praise times. * There will be a day off too to explore the local area!
