ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

How to book

Please download the booking form and send it to Jan Goodall at the GLO Centre (along with any deposits) OR contact Jan directly to discuss your booking.


Reservations

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required with your booking form to confirm the reservation. Reservations cancelled within a month of the event may be subject to an additional 25% charge.

Sessions

A session is a 4 hour block.


Staffing

For events out with office hours attendance by a member of GLO staff is necessary. For a standard session the cost is £30, however for sessions over 4 hours there will be an additional charge of £7.50 per hour.


Catering Staff

For catering out with office hours and concert ‘intervals’ there will be a standard staff charge of £20 per member of staff.


Equipment

Tables & chairs. Table & standing lectern. Two standing microphones. Standard PA system, Screen and Flip chart. The Auditorium is fitted with a Powerpoint Projector, Screen and two side monitors.


Photocopying & Fax facilities are available but they will incur an additional cost.
